Taylor Made wanted a website and brand suite that truly speaks to their craft—something more than a simple showcase, a digital tool that actively attracts and converts local clients in Carmarthenshire. They needed a logo and materials that embody the precision and care of their carpentry work, while an SEO strategy would ensure they stand out for local searches.

We focused on understanding Taylor Made’s unique value in a competitive local market. Research covered local search habits and user needs, revealing a strong desire for clear, trustworthy messaging highlighting craftsmanship and customer care. This informed both SEO priorities and user experience.

Using research insights, I mapped user journeys that naturally guide clients through the craftsman's story, credentials, and encouraging enquiries for his services. Early ideas balanced a strong visual identity with digital usability reinforcing brand personality and service quality.

Initial logo concepts, van decal mock-ups, and landing page designs were shared. The client engaged enthusiastically, with valuable feedback helping adjust visuals and messaging. The designs captured the essence of Taylor Made but allowed room for refinement to better reflect growth ambitions.
